We provide website design, hosting, website care plans, and related services to clients worldwide. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed per project.
Project pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins. Typical projects start with a 50% deposit and 50% on launch. We accept PayPal, cash, and bank transfer. Care plans and hosting are billed on a recurring basis. Promotional hosting prices apply to the initial term; renewals are at the regular rate.
Our 7-day delivery guarantee applies to agreed small-business scopes when you provide the required materials on time. Delays caused by late materials or scope changes are excluded.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you provide and for holding the rights to any materials (text, images, logos) you supply.
Content on the Site is owned by WebCareWorks unless otherwise stated and may not be reused without permission. On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you, except for third-party components and our reusable tools and frameworks.
The free tools on this Site are provided "as is" for convenience, without warranty. You are responsible for how you use their output.
Some services rely on third parties (hosting providers, payment processors, Google services). We are not responsible for their availability or actions.
The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebCareWorks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services.
